Do you have sample photos of what you’re looking for?
Yes, here are a few samples of store hour signs:
As you can see, some signs list hours directly, some just mention days, and some are more fun. There are plenty of interesting and unique signs out there – now it’s your turn to find them!
Can you provide any other information about photo submissions? Yes, please use your own, original photos! Photos should be from US store signs and should be legible (if not in English, please provide translation). Make sure to include your name and email so we know who you are and can contact you when you win.
What are the contest dates?
Contest runs from October 24, 2012 – December 12, 2012 (ending 11:59 pm EST).
Who can participate?
As this site is designed for store hours in the US, we request that all submissions originate from the US (sorry international folks!). Of course, if you are traveling in the US, using our site, and want to participate, that’s fine with us too!
What are weekly winners?
For six weeks during the contest, we will announce a winner from that week and award them $10 for their winning photo (so make sure to submit a new photo every week). The winner’s name (first name, last initial) and photo will be showcased on our site!
Can I win more than once?
Yes, you can win more than one prize. The more quality photos you submit, the better your chances of winning.
How do winners get paid?
Winners will be paid through either Paypal or Skrill within a month of winning.
When will you announce the winners and provide winning payments?
1st – 3rd place winners will be announced on our website on December 13th, 2012. The winners’ names (first names, last initials) and photos will be showcased on our site! Payments will be provided to the winners within a month.
